National Convention 2011 Granby QC
Greetings All,
Add the dates of August 11-14, 2011 to your calendar for the upcoming 2011 HKVCA National Convention to be held in Granby, QC.
By the time you receive the Wasureru-Nai, you might have your Convention Invitation Kit mailed to all members in good standing. All completed forms will be returned to the organizing committee including Room Reservations.
NOTE: To members who had elected to only receive email correspondence, the convention mailing is being handled as an exception due to forms that need to be filled out. Thank you.
Registrations will take place on Thursday afternoon August 11th followed by the meet and greet evening. Friday 9 a.m. will be the AGM, lunch and fun evening. Saturday 11 a.m. the Commemorative Ceremony, free time and the closing Banquet, drawings etc. The “Ticket Draw” winners will be contacted, if not present.
A meeting of the BOD members is scheduled for Friday afternoon; as for the Veterans it would be Saturday afternoon. Time and place will be confirmed upon arrival.
Driving directions as well as local travel info from the Montreal Airport to Granby will be included in your kit. Please return the form with your flight information with your registrations then the committee will be in contact with you. Thank you.
