MURRAY, James Angus - The
family of James Angus Murray of Porcupine Plain (formerly of Saskatoon)
regret to announce his passing on June 4, 2012. Jim was born near
Norquay, Sask on Sept 23, 1919 to Frank and Marigold Murray. Jim was
predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 1 daughter (Marci)
and 3 grandchildren. He is survived by Martha, his wife of nearly 64
years, children, Helen (Gary), IdaMay, Marlene (Jim), Mya (Wayne), James
Jr., Donald (Sandi), Wendy (Sanns), Jeffery, Sean and son-in-law Ernie.
He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 5
great great grandchildren. Jim served with the Winnipeg Grenadiers and
is a veteran of the fall of Hong Kong. After numerous jobs Jim worked at
Canada Post until his retirement after 25 years of service. Jim had a
love of music and could play numerous instruments. At the request of
Jim, there will be no service. Cremation entrusted to Blair's Porcupine
Funeral Home Ltd.
