Photos from Bob Sweet: "From the collection my late father Royce (Bud) Sweet RRC. I came into possession of the photos after he passed away in 2000 and never did get the opportunity to discuss with him the actual circumstances around the taking of the photos. However, it looks quite likely that they all originated in the Philippines at Manila during their recuperation after release from the POW camp(s) in Hong Kong prior to return to Canada."
